Locations wanted
We are looking for places adapted to shooting and located in :
- Paris itself
- Its suburb
- Paris area, within a radius of 50km around Paris.
We register the following kinds of properties :
- Flats of at least 160 sq.meters or with a main room of at least 50 sq.m
- Suburban houses and houses with character with the same minimal features
- Any particular place like : mansion (town house), loft, workshops or studios, converted buildings
- Communal areas in city buildings (yards, entrance halls, stairs…)
- Commercial properties: warehouses, sheds, offices, shops (pubs, garages…).
Some dwelling places with insufficient floor area may meet the requirements :
- This is, for example, the case if you have original interior decoration or an interior decoration dedicated to a peculiar style or era.
- Similarly, if you have a very spacious kitchen, an incredible bathroom, or an extraordinary garden, some shooting may use just a part of your home.
- Please note that many screenplays of feature films or TV films often relate everyday life events. All sequences do not take place in the luxurious hotels and flats that we can only see in our dreams!
Conditions :
- You must be the owner of the place, otherwise you need to have his or her formal authorization.
- For the flats, the property managers agreement would be required before the shooting. If using the communal areas of a building for shooting, the co-ownership would be paid as well.
