There is no special rule regarding the time allowed between your registration and a first proposal for shooting. It depends on the quality or the interest the production company may take in the place you propose.
So you remain free to accept or to refuse any shooting demands, whatever the reasons.
La sélection du producteur :
- We will contact you by phone and will organise an appointment for a visit with the producer. We will inform you about his identity, the movie he is preparing and the sequences he is planning to shoot.
- During the visit, Cinédécors would be with you to answer the producer's questions. He can be represented by the director, the production manager or the line producer.
- You should accept a delay from 5 days to 2 months between the visit at your place and the actual shooting. This delay depends upon the film pre-production and the kind of movie selected.
- In the case of a positive answer, a common agreement is concluded concerning the shooting conditions and the amount of your fees. A three-party contract is established by us, including all the guarantees you are expecting.
- Just before the shooting, we will carry out a written, and sometimes video-taped inventory of what would remain during the shooting (furniture, items etc..) and the state of decoration (coverings for example). You may remove all the precious objects you wish.
On the first day of the shooting :
- We are there to help you welcome the shooting team. If you cannot be there for any reason, we will represent you.
- We formalize your fees, which are paid by the production company, and we eventually collect the deposit.
During the shooting :
- We will keep in touch with you.
- We remain your intermediary through out.
On the last day of the shooting :
- We will make the inventory of fixtures.
