Your fees
The first rule at Cinédécors : You have nothing to pay…
- No fees for the inscription on our files,
- no fees for the required location research,
- no commission on your income.
Your income is based on a daily rate. This rate is negotiated individually, with common agreement between you, Cinédécords and the movie production company.
For information, the average income is :
- From 1 000 to 2 000 euros per day for a suburban house
- From 1 500 to 3 500 euros per day for a spacious flat in Paris, a loft or a mansion in the suburb.
Generally, the rates go from 800 to 5 000 euros per day according to the interest of the place, his partial or complete use and the kind of production (TV film, feature movie, commercial, music video…)
The duration of the shooting may vary: most of the time it is from 2 to 6 days for a TV movie, 2 to 15 days for a feature movie, 1 to 3 days for a music video or a commercial.
We generally add one day for the preparation and another one for the restoration. Each of these days is remunerated the equivalent of a half day.
In our contracts hours are reserved for shooting on location; a special fee is also allowed in case of overtime hours.
You will receive your fees as the shooting takes place. The producer is requested to leave a deposit in our agency for more security.
